Brush Guard Mounted Lights

I have a Toyota Brush Guard on my '08 FJ Cruiser and want to put fog and off road lights on it. I'm thinking of putting some sort of black, flat bar across it so it mounts in the mounting holes for the fog lights, so that I can mount to additional lights in between (i.e. put 2 lights through the bar, into the existing holes, then put 2 more lights through holes in between the other two lights)...hope that makes sense.

So, other than having to find/make a bar, and having to run wiring harnesses, and putting in switches (all the easy part as compared to) but I would like suggestions on fog and off road lights. I want to put two fog lights on one switch, then two more off road lights...what do you find are the best type or brands? I have the Toyota roof rack mounted lights already but am a volunteer fire fighter and want to be able to throw a lot of light on a scene, if I'm the first one there.
